Girls family get away

The owner was amazing with responding to any questions we had about the property. The house is beautiful and the front porch was so nice. We especially loved the backyard for the kids. Would definitely come back. Just loved the views and neighborhood.

Wedding Weekend

This house was absolutely perfect for my Family and a couple friends. It was clean, spacious and decorated beautifully. The location was right in the middle of where we needed to be. Overall, just a wonderful home and the owner was a piece of cake to work with!

Family vacation

The house was very nice with a nice yard and great front porch. The third floor suite was huge with nice views! There were 6 adults & 4 kids- all very comfortable. Nice neighborhood park right across from the house. Beach and places to eat all very close by. There was red algae on part of Eastons so second beach day we went to First Beach. Very unpleasant neighbor next door felt we were too loud playing wiffle ball with the children ( 2 7 yr olds, a 3 yr old and almost 2 year old) at 7:30-7:45 pm on our second night…….Owner addressed this situation which we appreciated. We all agreed that despite this we would recommend this property.

Family Vacation

Our family had an amazing stay! The house was clean, beautifully decorated and we had more than enough room for our 10 guests. 5 adults, 5 kids. The outdoor spaces were lovely. Check in and communication with Teal was super easy. The home was walkable to restaurants, coffee shop, ice cream shop, beach, etc. The closest (and walkable) beach had a lot of red algae this time of year (1st Beach). We spent our days at 2nd Beach which was gorgeous and just a mile or so drive away. We are already looking to plan a return visit next year!

Don’t hesitate.

I am a picky and discerning renter, so concerned about cleanliness, location, safety, amenities, etc. This home did not disappoint and was near perfect for our adult children, 2 toddlers and an infant -having met my expectations and hope. While we rented off season over Thanksgiving, we did not take advantage of proximity to beach as much as one would in season, but with our fantastic November weather, we did stroll down to the beach, walked the Cliff walk, enjoyed the Breakers outdoor Christmas lights show, some of us toured mansions and other Newport spots as all is a short drive away. The house had beds and baths for all, a nice gathering space and a yard to play in. This is a home that feels like one’s own! Thank you!

Fantastic house & location!

This house is a dream! It’s clean, beautifully designed and decorated and has a great flow. The views are breathtaking! Short walk to the beach and cliff walks. The owner was so easy to work with and very accommodating. Strongly recommend this house!

Renfrew Stay

My family stayed here for our daughter’s wedding and they loved it! The proximity to the beach was great and the backyard outdoor play area for the little ones was perfect. They enjoyed having morning coffee on the porch and sunsets on the balcony! Highly recommend!

Amazing House!

This house was absolutely beautiful. In a neighborhood that has very nice homes and the location is perfect for a family to use the beach. Owners were very responsive and great to deal with. Would highly recommend if looking for a beautiful place to stay in a great neighborhood.

Newport Experience

I highly recommend this house to anyone who wants to experience everything that Newport has to offer. Close to the ocean and easy drive into Newport. Extremely clean and spacious. Definitely would rent again in the future.

Didn't want to leave!

Absolutely wonderful time at Seascapes! Great location - loaded up the strollers and buggy and a short walk to the beach where we spent four or five hours almost every day. We took all the kids to the Roger Williams Park Zoo one afternoon and the seven-year old to Ryan Family Arcade in Newport late one day and caught a baseball game under the lights. Another evening, everyone walked down to Clementine's for their delicious home-made ice cream. With five grandkids under the age of seven, there was a great backyard and playhouse for them when we weren't at the beach. The house itself is all that it was described in the listing - great size rooms, plenty of beds and everything you would need to make family meals. Our host, Teal Aroy, was extremely helpful answering all of my questions prior to our visit. Thank you, Teal, for sharing your home and for all the memories my family will have of this past week in Middletown. Betsy

Beyond Perfect Beach Getaway!

Seascape delivered beyond what was described online. Beautiful and spacious indoor and outdoor entertainment areas where our family could comfortably gather with two toddlers. Location allowed us to access beaches by walking or a short car ride and easily get into Newport. Teal was responsive and very helpful with any questions we had. Just outstanding all the way around!
