The pool and hottub were not usable due to lack of maintenance. The host was very quick to get back to us with communication which was nice. But even after they sent someone to ‘maintain’ the pool and hottub there was still hairballs floating around, a thick layer of dirt on the floor of the pool, the hottub water never cleared up, and so many chemicals were dumped into it on the second day of our stay we could smell the chlorine from the house.The pictures of this listing are very kind. And I think taken a few years ago. The property is currently a more rundown version of what you see. The location is very close to the airport which is convenient, however it is in the pathway for what would seem to be most American Airlines landings and departures so there is a LOT of loud air traffic going over the house. The neighborhood is rough. There is a lot of new development happening around so hopefully that helps, but currently the surrounding properties are pretty ghetto. I wouldn’t feel comfortable walking anywhere at night. The layout of the house is odd at best, and you have to walk through two bedrooms located at the back of the house to get to the backyard where the pool is. Everything in the house is just a little different. If a single chair sits level, not sure if it is uneven flooring. The beds are extremely soft and oddly unsupportive. The bedding provided for warmth and comfort are fleece blankets and a flat sheet. Be prepared to make your own bed.
