We had to wait an additional 45 minutes for our room, there were no outlets near the bed for my husband to use his sleep apnea medical device, and no extension cord was provided when we asked. We did appreciate the extra welcome drink tickets.

Room smells like cigarette smoke. The night staff just said she will bring air freshener. But it never came. We had to sleep with a mask on as the room smells bad. We had to check the next day if we could move to another room. The day staff was very helpful and we got move into another room in the afternoon. Location wise, it's very convenient as it is close the the beach and restaurants.

While the location was great, however, I don't believe the price was worth the stay. Fees for EVERYTHING! additional person, more $$, resort fees $$$$ (and for what?). We had to walk a block away for our paid breakfast, and it wasn't even good. I don't believe this was described in the original signup. The pool was also a block away, not the most convenient. Over all it was just ok, not really worth the money paid.

The hotel is old. The whole place reeks of bleach, I am guessing to cover up the mold smell. You are forced to pay a ‘resort’ fee. When I asked what the fee was for, I was told, for use of te WiFi, in-house telephone, use of the pool. The things that are free with a normal hotel. To top it off the bed was dirty. Overall the place is bad. I would not recommend this pace to anyone.

Good location. Comfortable, clean room. Inefficient check-in process. Bar (& pool ) access thru a dark alley with no signage was creepy. Room location (116) was less than ideal - by the alley access door (constantly opening & closing),next to trash (loud), under a very thin floor (occupied by I can only guess a 500 lb insomniac)
