Mattresses ,, unacceptable pillows unacceptable outside courtyard ,, tired , worn out ,need paint at the very least room needs a larger table and another chair but the room itself was just renovated and good I paid too much in light of the above , rooms near the beach can be had for just a little more

The room was clean and nice inside, but the hotel itself and the outside is rundown. We were woken up at 2 o’clock in the morning by a drunk man banging on the walls and screaming.

Bathroom light was out, room did not have a working fire alarm, sheets had stains on them. Main door in had gaps all around. Crazy homeless person approached us and uber driver. Sirens all night long. Guest noise well after midnight. Bathroom window was unlocked. I understood I was booking a hotel, NOT a motel that had very lax security. Dud feel safe, will not book again!

The pictures do not depict the rooms at all. We still had a pleasant stay but the room was very basic and didn't have very much in terms of cabinets or drawers. The bathroom had no shelving and the shower head was like 5ft tall so my 6ft fiance didn't have a good shower. Luckily we were only there for one night as we had a cruise the next day but the pics on this website didn't show at all what the actual room was like.
