We had a fabulous time! The property was great and the view from the wrap around balcony was spectacular! The host was easy and quick to communicate with. We want to go back again!

The view from all angles was incredible. The flooring in the kitchen area needs to be replaced. Otherwise, our stay was fabulous.

You can see a small portion of the beach from the condo where the Hallandale sign stands and the pool is nice however there’s no sun on most of it after 2 PM so if you are looking for afternoon sun it’s not the place for you.
Severe water damage to the floor throughout the entire condo.

Great space for group of friends for a Miami Dolphins game. Can walk to beach! Beautiful views- balcony amazing. Very accommodating- we were allowed to check in way earlier than check in. Would highly recommend!

The floor in the kitchen and living room was all rotted with mold growing under a rubber mat they laid over top of the floor. Smoke detectors are going off nobody would come to fix them so I had to do it myself dishwasher would not start. Was a great view from the balcony other than that probably not worth it unless you don’t mind gettingnmold pores in your body

stayed w some friends for my 30th bday and was quite impressed! We loved our stay and definetly recommend staying here! The views are amazing ❤️

The penthouse was beautiful, and satisfied all of our needs. The front desk at the Beachwalk was so rude and treated us so poorly.

5 stars, higher if I could. Absolutely amazing place with a great view. Stayed with family. Highly recommend this host and the place. Very clean rooms, clean place. Courteous and very professional.

Can’t wait to get back!

The property was as advertised. In a great spot to get to all sorts of restaurants, beaches and stores. Will definitely try to get back into this property again . It was well worth it!!

Stunning property

Everything about it was amazing, but the flooring was not up to speed and the condo could use a new paint job. The views are spectacular and that alone may permit one to overlook the shortfall and interior aesthetics.

Beachwalk Stay Today

The home was nothing but amazing. The location was very convenient with Walmart right across the street. It’s like right in the middle of Miami and Ft. Lauderdale. The concierge was very friendly and valet is nice. Also for the ppl that sleeps with a fan there are a couple there. I would stay here again.

The property is in a nice location but the interior needs work. I informed the owner of the problems.front desk should be aware if its a rental property or not for checkin reasons.

Our A/c broke while during our stay and they did everything to fix it as fast as possible. Beautiful view from the balcony and nice employees.

Check in was difficult. Loud noisy young adults were in the hotel which is part of the complex. No seats available at pool and needed to wait 45 minutes in line for chairs at beach in the second day of the stay. The first day of the stay the beach service was not available to me because my name wasn’t on list in the morning. The floor is heavily damaged and the couch is lopsided. View is nice but noisy highway below. On third day heavy drilling above from the rooftop deck made working from home difficult and baby couldn’t nap. VRBO gave refund for remainder of days but it was difficult to find a place for a month and needed to break up the trip to two different places. We travel often and were very disappointed that the host “ Stay Away” didn’t alert us to the drilling nor were they able to relocate us.

Needs Better UpKeep

Private penthouse condo was cool. The upkeep of the condo needs to be improved. Toilets kept clogging. Bathroom door knob came off the day we got there. The washer looked new but had residue around the door. A couple of the boards on the balcony were loose. Saw a roach in the kitchen the last night we were there.

The balcony scenery was fantastic. This place is in dire need of updating. Floors are in extremely bad condition. Furniture needs updated. Ect...Now to the stay. The private elevator was down after the first day and never running the rest of the stay. Which made us use the elevator on the opposite side of building. We never were able to lock the condo because the code to the front door was not given to us until our last night there. Its been over a week and we still have not received our deposit back. We would love to stay here again, but feel some things need taken care of before that will happen. The advertising is misleading. It shows the roof top pool, but its anly for the owners is what we were told. Photos of the views and the flooring. For references
