Newly renovated and tastefully furnished, you can enjoy the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean and Miami Beach or the sunset over Biscayne Bay and Mid-town Miami from our 16th floor windows and balcony. Splash around in the surf or just catch some rays on Miami Beach while people watching. If your more the active type, stroll, run, skate or bike up and down the Miami Beach Boardwalk. Or just lay around the pool and get a cool drink before going out on exciting South Beach at night.

Our unit is in the Alexander All Suites Oceanfront Resort and is conveniently situated in the heart of Miami Beach. Minutes away from world class dining and entertainment, the property is just South of Bal-Harbour and minutes north of South Beach, Lincoln Road, and the Miami Beach Convention Center. The Alexander is located a few miles from Wynwood, Mid-town, the Art Districts, Downtown Miami and Brickell Financial District.

Our two main bedrooms have large windows with ocean and beach views. The larger one has two new comfortable queen size beds and the smaller of the two has one queen size bed. The third room has a twin bed. Each room has large, new flat screen 4K HD T.V.s. There are two private bathrooms with beautiful porcelain tile and large rain shower fixtures.

This spacious apartment features a comfortable living and dining room area and includes the following amenities:

Third bedroom - Twin bed and 50" 4K flat panel TV.

Living room - Large window with access to the balcony and ocean view. A leather sofa-sectional with ample seating space. Large 65" 4K flat screen HD TV.

Dining room seating for 6.

Island counter-top in the kitchen with seating for two.

Lower level swimming pool with two Jacuzzis, Tiki Bar, Towel service, and direct access to the beach. A second upper deck swimming pool. The property also features food and bar service provided by the Top of The Falls poolside bar and grill.

Guests also have access to an on-site beauty salon, fitness center, poolside lounge chairs, and towels.

Parking: Valet Parking Only for an additional fee. Subject to change – No self-parking is available

There is a public City of Miami Beach public parking lot one building over.

Check-in time is at 4 PM and check-out time is at 11 AM. We ask that you strictly observe this as it gives us only a few hours to get the suite ready for our next guest. Please contact the owner for early check-in or late check-out requests (upon availability) for an additional fee.

There is a $210 exit cleaning fee paid at time of reservation.

Our condo was really nice. The only downside was the hotel is Kosher so you can’t eat or drink anything at the pool. They do have a bar there you can order drinks and food but it’s very pricey. The cafe in the lobby was great and the prices there were reasonable. Overall tea enjoyed our stay.

Older building, awkward room layouts

The building is older and the common areas are poorly maintained. The pool/bar area is in decent condition, though. The bedrooms in the unit are furnished and laid out awkwardly. The master bedroom, with its own bath, has two double beds. The second bedroom has an oversized queen bed, making it almost impossible to navigate the room. The third room is windowless with only a day bed. The balcony was nice but very dirty and the furniture was not usable because of how dirty it was.

Very nice property located directly on the beach. It has two pools. The condo has 3 bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Balcony with chairs to sit, excellent view. Overall, very happy with our stay and George the property owner. He was very responsive, friendly, and helpful.

Miami Beach Condo

My friends and I (6 in total) stayed at this condo for 4 nights and we enjoyed our stay very much. The condo is just as described / pictured. It was very very clean. The beds were comfortable and the blackout curtains kept the light out. Everything felt very secure. You need a wristband to open doors, use the elevator and access the pool area. There is a security guard at the front entrance 24/7 so this also made us feel safe. In terms of the location the condo is in a quieter area and technically not in South Beach. It's a 15 min walk to FontaineBleau hotel so you have to drive / take Uber to get into south beach. This was not a problem at all for us because we wanted to be away from the crowds. The condo is conveniently right on the beach which can be accessed via the pool area that is on the premises. The beach area was never too busy and you can rent umbrellas and sunbeds and water toys. In my opinion this was one of the best parts of the condo: having such easy access to the beach. Overall, I would recommend this condo to stay with friends or family!

Ideal location, great views!

The size of this condo was perfect for our family (2 adults, 3 kids) and we loved the views of both the beach and the bay/downtown from the balcony. Communication with the owner/manager was excellent and the one very minor issue we had with needing more towels was resolved very quickly and easily. We were a little apprehensive about having to valet park, but it was so well run and efficient that we ended up loving it. We also really liked the location in the Mid Beach area and we were able to easily get to North Beach, South Beach, and other parts of the Miami area while having a beautiful beach and nice pool easily accessible. The one slight negative was that the fitness center was closed. It is completely gutted and doesn't look like it will reopen anytime soon. So, if that's important to you, check with the owner on the renovation status beforehand. Overall a great vacation spot and a highly recommended rental unit!

Everything about our stay was perfect. The communication with host was easy and prompt. The pool area is perfect. Even though it was crowded you could always find chairs. The condo was gorgeous. Beds were comfortable, view was outstanding, and the amenities aplenty. Location of the condo complex was awesome. Away from the clubs and crowds of South Beach but close enough to hop on trolly. I definitely would visit this place again. Lastly, the staff was very accommodating. We had a late flight the day of checkout and they couldn’t have been more helpful with allowing us to store luggage and car while we continued to enjoy the beach and pool area.

Property Manager super responsive!

Property is clean and as advertised. Have to go out to the porch for the views, but once there it is lovely both sides. Spring break wasn’t the best time to come celebrate a 60th birthday, so the youngers ran over an the property a bit, but the pools, beach access and location are great - above South Beach so that’s good. Valet while expensive is excellent - car always available and great service. Staff of Alexander are on it and good support.

Great stay

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was well equipped, clean, with amazing view from the balcony. The pool and beach access were wonderful, and the staff was very helpful. Only downside was lack of towels at the pool, but that’s no fault of the property owner.

QUICK TRIP TO MIAMI

We were going to be in town for a weddng and wanted to stay oceanside. This place was very nice. The staff was pleasant, the property was clean and quiet. Everything was to our liking. We loved the view of the ocean on the left of the balcony and the view of the intercoastal, golf course and city of Miami on the right of the balcony. The kitchen is a little tight but we made the best of it.
