We arrived early in the morning and took our chances with trying to check in. The young lady arrived at 10 am and immediately helped us, upgrading our room. Being there with my scooter she gave us a ground floor larger room. Very satisfied!

Horrible, the first room was dark, smelled of mold and had a pillar in the middle of the room, we asked to change the second room, it was good, but I intend to never go back to this place.

The room was disguising cockroach’s coming from under the door and nightstands. When told front desk they brought in a can of raid sprayed the smell was so harsh for my young kids. After seeing the 4 roach the host brought us the can of raid. Unfriendly staff and when I asked for a refund or room change they acting like they knew no English and said to call Expedia

The only thing they have going for is the location and friendly staff. Everything else is terrible. Checked in the room and floor was loaded with sand; no hot water. The shower and bathroom floor is same level, so water was all over the bathroom floor, go brush and there is a huge water pool you have to stand in. It took maintenance 12h to fix the hot water. No hangers, no cupboards for attire, no wardrobe. Ceiling light and fan doesn't work. Go for a sleep and the upstair neighbours walk and you will be up from the noise. i assume there is no soundproof ceiling. All in very much not recommended!

Apartment size it was fine , it was dusty and window needed covers barely cover any light , noisy from upstairs you can hear it and bed something was biting us, we couldn’t find anything on the bed but definitely have bite on legs and arms

We enjoyed our stay here the room was clean and very nice as show on the photos. The elevator smells moldy and building interior outside of guest rooms could be a bit more cleaner but for what we paid for and the convenience of having south beach a few steps away it was so worth it! We will def consider booking here again!
