The host was so welcoming and accommodating. He was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. He even gave us restaurant recommendations which was helpful! The pool was wonderful! Since it was February and the water was chilly (69 degrees according to host) we opted to pay the additional fee to heat the pool to 85 degrees and it was great. I didnt realize there would be a fee for that when booking. The listing says there’s a hot tub and it’s shown in the pictures but there is no longer a hot tub. The listing says near the beach however depending on traffic it could take over a hour to get to south beach from this property. These things are minor inconsistencies from the listing and had no major impact on our stay but are worth mentioning in my opinion. There are many activities to keep your group busy like a pool table, fooseball table and darts. The house was clean and everything worked but it is not recently remodeled as the listing might make it seem. Overall we had a great stay and this house met our needs as we were staying in Miami for a family wedding. Rick really adds a great deal of value to this property with his excellent communication and his desire to go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable!
