Great place, host was available for communication and checked in with us during our stay via text. Place was nice and clean, great views, close to many great restaurants and entertainment. Great size for two couples with lots of privacy

First Class

Beautiful comfortable unit with spectacular water views! Access to W pool (the best in Miami) was a huge bonus! Perfect location for walking to upscale restaurants, food trucks or groceries. Communication and assistance from owners and onsite staff was first class! Thank you. Can’t wait to return.

Exceptional place!

We hosted a couples retreat and recommended everyone book with this host. Needless to say, no one was disappointed. This condo was in a great location. We were easily able to walk to Publix as well as the shops. The place was clean and the view was wonderful! The pool area was great, we’ll definitely be back!

Great condo in good location

Condo was well furnished with all the amenities we needed. Location was great but traffic noise could be heard. Luckily we had earplugs. Management were great, always contactable and understanding re my issues with the payment card.

I would love to do it all over again!

I loved my stay here for my birthday. It was very clean & the views are better in person. There is a mall and multiple food places within walking distance, 10 minutes & less! Great communication with the host, who I loved! You have access to the rooftop pool, spa, and gym. absolutely loved it! i would do it all over again next time I travel to Miami ❤️. you won’t regret it!

Amazing location in the heart of Brickell. 10 minute walk from tons of restaurants and stores/indoor/outdoor mall. Was plenty spacious for our group and our property manager was so nice and helpful with the checkin/checkout process. Best experience I’ve had with a vacation rental like this.

Beautiful. property - but expensive and far from everything

This is a beautiful place and looks just like the pics. The pool is beautiful as well and I loved being in a high-rise condo. The cons are the checkin process as it’s time consuming waiting for the property manager. She would t allow our earlier guests to checkin without the rest of the party which was also disappointing. The other crazy piece is the amount of effort it takes to get a pool pass. We had to go to the basement through a service elevator and weave through various hallways to find it. It was dirty and very much outside of my comfort zone to be in a dark basement. We had issues with both toilets not flushing which were never resolved. And we didn’t have any soap/shampoos in our room. For the amount we paid I would’ve expected superior service. The only other cons have nothing to do with the property, but are worth noting if you’re looking at booking a trip. You are close to a few bars and restaurants but literally nothing else. Clubs, beaches, and all of the fun restaurants and tourist areas are a $80+ Uber ride away. As long as you realize this, you’ll love it. The beds were surprisingly comfortable too.

Disappointed

I was looking forward to this stay. My girlfriend and I are in a long distance relationship and don't get to spend too much time together. Upon walking in we were so excited the condo looked amazing and the views were beautiful. However we quickly realized the bed in the master bedroom was broken. We put our suitcases on the bed to unpack and the mattress fell to the floor. I picked up the mattress and looked underneath and realized all the wooden panels were on the floor. I am not sure how housekeeping out anyone else wouldn't notice that. I took a video sent it to the host and she told me maintenance will come fix it. They came and we thought they fixed it, but later that night it broke again while we were sleeping and we landed on the floor. We had guest in the other room so we ended up sleeping on the couch. It took them 2 days to get the proper equipment to fix it. None of the TVs worked and the shower was dirty, I also sent the host video of this. Overall I was disappointed and I did not get my moneys worth.

Nice Vacay getaway but a few notes

We had a really great time at this location. It was a relaxing experience but we do have a few notes where they could improve. - They don’t have many cooking items (I.e pots and pans). - there are no seasonings or cooking supplies - limited amount of paper towels Other then that, a Vert pleasant stay and would stay again.

Gorgeous views

This place was absolutely stunning. Only issue was that check-in was scheduled for 3 pm and we were not able to get in until closer to 4. Also the pool was closed due to weather, which was a bummer. I would 100% recommend this place. Perfect location, great room, and absolutely amazing view. The owner/property manager were easy to connect with and made the stay seamless.

Great Stay

Beautiful views, great location and very clean and comfortable property. Only problem I could think of was my stay was just too short! Will definitely stay here again if I ever get back to Miami.
