Very disappointed. Room was barely clean. Floor was dirty. Linens were stained. No towels at all. Air condiioner's normal outlet was dead and it was was on an extension cord that kept falling out of the outlet behind the bed. 2 cars in parking lot were on jack stands with 1 missing a wheel and a shattered windshield. We were on a tight schedule, so we ended up buying a set of sheets and blankets at the store to get by for our short stay. Staff seemed disintrested. Not ever going back

Was assigned Room #209. Upon entering, it had NOT been cleaned. Messing, dirty sheets, towels, trash all over the room and NO toilet paper. It being 7 pm, and no close by hotels to go to - I had to ask for two clean sheets and MAKE UP MY OWN BED. No pillow cover for my pillow and had to use napkins that I had saved for toilet paper. TV remote was for Room #208, and did not work in #209. Worst hotel stay that I have ever experienced in all of my life. Had to stay, as my flight out the next morning was for 6:15 a.m.

The pictures are not exactly right . Make no mistake you get what you pay for . This is the most reasonably priced property in the area , thusly no coffee or breakfast, blinds didn't work but great location and priced right .

If I could give this place a zero, I would. The ONLY positive thing was the cleaning g lady was super friendly and responsive. I travel with my elderly disabled mother who has a service dog. When I told them at check-in that she had a service dog, they asked for papers, which I believe under the ADA and Florida statute. They cannot ask that and when I did not provide, they made me pay $75. Of course, I stated the law and he said he is allowed to ask for it very rude so of course, I got a receipt and had him hand right on there that he demanded to see paperwork and made me pay a fee. I will not be returning to this place price definitely not worth it.

This is the worst place that I saw in my life, smell terrible, dirty, the line on the bed smell bad and looks horrible, The restroom was impossible. So, I decided to return the key in the same moment that I enter. Obviously, no body was responsible and I lost my money. I don't know how Expedia has this place in their list...

If I could give them zero stars I would. The best part of the stay was the restaurant next door. What I liked: it had a fridge and microwave. Beds were ok. Now onto the not so good stuff. The check in clerk wasn’t welcoming at all. She definitely didn’t want to be there. When we checked in, we were give a remote for the TV and one towel each. No face cloths or hand towels. One towel each that wasn’t that great. The TV didn’t work so the remote was useless. She didn’t care about that at all. There was mold on the top of the bathroom entrance. The room was barely clean and the air conditioning struggled with the hot air blowing under the door. I’d stay away from this place if you can. Pay a little extra and get a better experience.

They put me in room the tv was on a table leaning againt the wall it ws not a double queen as pid for it was 2 singles. The closet doors were broken off the hinges and leaning against the wall with no place to hang my clothes. I had to hang them in the bathroom. Outside had trash al thrown around had garbage cans over flowing on the ground. When i walked by the rooms i could smell a strong stinch of pot parties. No ictures on the walls it seemed like a converted storage area and not the picture of the rooms as described. Broken down vehicles in front of my room like it was a shade tree mechanics parking lot sitting on jacks. A mistake was made on my reservation by hotels.com that cost me 2 additinal days that i paid for while not being there. Even though i checked out 2 days early hotel would not give me a refund. If i was ble to submit pictures here i would post the pictures i took of this dump hole. Choice Hotels should take their name off of anything to do with this place because it really gives them a bad name. They would not even give me an updated check out converfation after i had asked 3 times. It is ashambed Choice hotels will not stand behind their visitors when their name is on the sign. If you go by this place keep going. Unless you feel at home in the slums. Ive got lots of pictures to back up these words.
