My group and I stayed here for a weekend in Miami and while the house was accommodating for a large group, there were several negative factors that played into the experience. To begin, the house is more beat up than the pictures show. I.e big scratches and small holes in the walls, rust and warn toilets and showers, broken door handles, etc. Second, upon arriving at house, the outside area (including pool) was very polluted with leaves and mangos from the trees nearby. While I understand it’s hard to control that, it did not appear the pool was cleaned at all, which was very disappointing as part of the reason we booked the house was for the pool. Lastly, and the absolute most concerning experience of my life, was the fact that on the first night at 4:30 AM an individual came to the front door and had the code to the house. When my group confronted the individual, they stated that they had the house rented for the night which was obviously false given we had it booked for the whole weekend. When this occurred I immediately reached out to the management team who was empathetic at the situation but unfortunately did not respond to multiple requests for changing of the door code. This was a terrible situation and one that I feel they did not treat seriously despite the very serious security breach and potential danger to my group. Unfortunately, I do not recommend this property for rental.
