Rooms were not well maintained and not cleaned thoroughly. Front desk staff was rude and spent most of their time hiding in the back not available to guests. Cannot call the front desk as they will not answer since they hide in the back. Overall cleanliness of hotel was dirty and had very strong chemical odor in lobby. Common bathrooms did not have toilet paper. Elevator near beach/pool exit smelled like urine. They take towels from your room but will not replenish them as well as they do not replenish pool towels. Only good part is beach access.

Stayed in a standard king. The sound proofing was not great and doors banged closed. The other con was the bathroom was tiny. But room was big enough. The hotel was clean and run efficiently. All interactions with the front desk were very positive. The best pro was you are right on the ocean walkway and the beach is right there! The resort fee covers 2 chairs, towels and umbrella. It was a good value at the time we stayed.

In the summer it's a very good hotel, but for the winter holidays I don't recommend it; they don't turn on the pool heater. You can't swim in the pool at the end of the year. I don't advise anyone to go at the end of the year. I called beforehand to confirm, but when I got there, they hadn't turned it on. They gave many excuses, saying it was broken, but I didn't see the pool heater, so don't go there at the end of the year.

Very little parking is available - we were lucky to get parking for our small rental. If you have anything larger than a small SUV or car, you will find it challenging to park. A large vehicle will not fit underneath in the parking garage and there are about 4 parking spots outside the parking garage available for vehicles of that size. Have a hot continental breakfast available that you pay for. It is decent and includes customized omelettes and good variety. Our room was dirty when we arrived -- literally could see hair in our shower and on the bathroom floor. Along with fuzz, hair and crumbs etc under the end table and around the baseboards. I took this to the front desk who brought this to housekeeping's attention promptly. Housekeeping came to our room very quickly with a dirty swiffer cloth, squirted cleaner on the floors, only pushing the hairs etc around. Alas, it was not any cleaner than when we arrived. We gave up mentioning this to the front desk. Ended up showering in our flip flops and didnt take shoes off while in the room. The shampoo and conditioner bottles were completely out (the ones attached to the wall) - asked front desk if we could get these refilled -- again, these bottles remained empty for the duration of our stay. Good thing there was shower gel at least. Good location to the beach but other than that, an incredibly disappointing stay. At least we didnt have bed bugs.

Staff was unfriendly. Room size was excellent; room balcony had litter/trash on it. Beach was phenomenal but the beach attendant made my family of 5 turn in our 3 chairs (the maximum limit) at 4:30pm each day.

The location was great, they also give you a wristband so you can get a beach chair and umbrella. Unfortunately we had cockroaches in the toilet for the last 3 days of our stay. We tried to tell the cleaning lady that goes to the room but I guess she didn’t understand and just gave us towels. The kids keeps screaming the whole time they spot em and won’t even go inside the bathroom. Finally we killed it on our checkout day and left it there for them to see. Besides that… I’m sure it would have been better.
