It is fully furnished and offers all the houseware you will need for an enjoyable and comfortable stay. Fully equipped kitchen.

Our 7 day stay was very enjoyable! The host was able to accommodate us checking in early from a long flight with all of our kids. Everything was in working condition. The Condo complex (Sian) was friendly and the Valet guys were awesome. The valet isn’t free but the beach is steps away from the back exit! The water was so warm and clear. Our host maintained good communication throughout our stay. We enjoyed our boat ride, arcade/bowling, Hollywood boardwalk and much more near by. I highly recommend staying in the Hallandale beach/Hollywood beach area and staying away from Miami it self! We will be back to Florida again!

Great Condo! Even Better Hostess

We just got back from our stay at the condo and it was perfect! We were there for a local dance competition and it provided everything we needed without the price of staying at the venue. The condo was clean, organized, well equipped. We loved the availability of the beach accessories so we could fully enjoy the beach! Mylene was very responsive with any questions we had and her communication was wonderful! The staff at the condo building were friendly and very helpful. The location was great too! Easy access to many fun activities! Thanks for a great stay!!

First time at Florida so maybe my expectations were too high. We did enjoy the access to the beach, I can’t imagine going anywhere else without that access. I thought the condo itself was okay, I was expecting more for the price but, like I said, my expectations could have been set to high. All communication with our host has been excellent.

We selected this property, because we wanted to be close to the beach. There was a direct access to the beach from the property pool area. The layout of the condo was a perfect share with our adult son. The valet parking made coming and going so convenient. The property staff was very nice . Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and plan to go back.

Best weekend getaway spot!

Out stay was outstanding! Check-in process was so easy and the condo was just as described. The communication with the owner was easy and helpful. The location was perfect, we walked to a lot of the hot spots in Hollywood beach, but grabbing an uber was easy. The best part is the owner provided beach towel, chairs, coolers and much more! We didn’t have to bring a think. Can’t say enough positive things about this place - will definitely book again!

Its been a great stay! The front desk didnt have our information when we arrived around 11pm. Thankfully the host answered her phone immediately and fixed the problem for us. The place was exactly how it was described in the listing. Tons of items for the beach if needed, toys, towels, coolers, etc. .

We lucked out with this condo right on the beach! We were able to enjoy the pool and had easy beach access that was steps away. The condo was bigger than I was expecting! We had more than enough space for the four of us and having the beach chairs and sand toys was a bonus! Being on the corner of a busy street was noisy at night but other than that the place was great!

Quick Getaway from the Cold

Our stay was short, but most delightful. The accommodations were sensational and the host was extremely responsive and kind. The apartment was well equipped, very spacious, and well located. Everything we needed was within walking distance. Access to the beach was perfect and glorious. I would stay here again in a hearbeat.

Beautiful Condo in High rise building

Mylene was very responsive and easy to contact. Condo was very clean and interior photos were very accurate. You have to use a valet for your car but generally the service was pretty quick. Only concern is that the condo is in a 20 story building which was not identified in the listing. There are three very small elevators however one appeared to be permanently disabled and on our checkin day one of the two remaining was out of order. Beach was a quick walk. The Condos chaise lounges are not available on the beach. Only the pool.Beach was crowded but beautiful

Noise Galore!

If I’ve learned one thing on this vacation is to always ask what floor the condo is on. This one was on the second floor directly next to one of the busiest corners on the beach (A1A). All you hear constantly is loud street traffic. Day or night doesn’t matter. Too bad because the condo was very nice & close to beach.

Perfect location

Great central location on beach close to airport and hard rock stadium. We were able to walk for coffee and dinners. Host provided beach towels and chairs which was appreciated when flying.

Lovely property!

We really enjoyed staying in this property. The location is perfect and the property was clean and spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed. Having two bathrooms (well, 1.5) was really helpful. The apartment was easy to get in and out of and parking was a breeze. The pool area was lovely and not too crowded, and the beach is right there. The only thing I wish were different is that the 2nd bedroom has an open top wall over the doors, so it's not soundproof with the rest of the unit. That was a little bit challenging since our two kids were sleeping in that room. I think I missed that when I was booking the property. Otherwise, perfect property and Mylene was a great host. We would stay there again!

Perfect relaxing family vacation!

The condo is just what a small family needs, and is located centrally along the coast such that you can just as easily go south to Miami Beach as you can go north to Ft Lauderdale! If you decide to...there's plenty to do close by anyway. The beach is an easy few steps and the pool is a nice place to cool off. The host was great all through the process. We'd definitely go back!
