Rude staff. Unfriendly. Not helpful. Was told to just come down to lobby for shuttle in morning. Arrive in lobby and was told the shuttle was appt only and was full. Had to pay for an Uber to the cruise port.

The hotel was very nice. It was located in a nice area. The only issue we had was in the morning, we NO HOT water for showering. The sink had hot water but shower did not no matter how long it ran. The desk worker wrote it down but never apologized or even took any amount off the bill.
