King bed in bedroom and sofa bed in living room black out curtains are just perfect for a good night's sleep. 2 cable TV and free WIFI. Granite countertops, washer and dryer in the unit, dishwasher, balcony. Stunning sea views from this 30th floor. Amazing 7 pools and jacuzzis on the 7th floor. You get free beach services with beach chairs and umbrellas. Beautiful poolside bar with food and a full bar, outdoor seating, or delivery to the apartament. An assigned parking space and complimentary valet service with SMS to request your car, 24/7 bellman, front desk and valet are always available to assist you with anything you need. The security in this building is top-notch so you always feel safe. Gym, sauna, steam bath, jacuzzi. (PLEASE NOTE, MINIMUM ONE MONTH'S RENT, - Condo-Preferred Long-Term Rental Rules)). The Beach Club has its own application and paperwork with an additional cost of U$70 per guest for the entire stay.
