Dear Hotel Management, I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with my recent stay at your hotel. I booked a two-week reservation but had to leave after only three days. I believe that the services provided at your hotel are not suitable for foreign nationals and are more geared towards local residents. Despite having paid for the entire two-week stay, I found it necessary to leave due to the lack of house cleaning services and overall unsatisfactory conditions. I had hoped for a comfortable and clean environment during my stay, but unfortunately, this was not the case. I kindly request a refund for the remaining days of my reservation, as I feel that the level of service provided did not meet my expectations and did not justify the full payment made in advance. Nice place with nice staff

Everything was good We stayed in the family room, rooms were very large and comfortable, the staff were amazing especially Mr.Ali and his colleague who was in the reception Only one point, cleaning schedule and breakfast can be improved a bit
