Vast land of 1 hectare bordering a river below behind the house. Petanque court and swing. Pleasant terraces equipped with garden furniture (barbecue, deckchairs, etc.). Outdoor swimming pool heated by a heat pump, salt treatment, protected by an electric curtain (heated from mid-April to mid-October except summer months, depending on the weather - dimensions: 3 m x 6 m, depth from 1.20 to 1.60 m) Old sheepfold carefully renovated on a 1 hectare property, with private swimming pool heated by a heat pump.
