From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel right at home—warm, professional, and always ready with a smile or a great recommendation. The hotel was beautiful inside and out, very artistic with an old colonial charm on the exterior and a modern artistic style interior. The staff were all exceptional! They were always ready to help. The amenities were perfect for our family. I would definitely book it again and recommend it.

We loved our stay at Utopic! The building, rooms, staff, and neighborhood were exceptional. The only thing we had trouble with was a plumbing issue, but that is to be expected in an old beautiful building. I think that they could also improve their breakfast as well, but, again, not a big issue for me. I really, genuinely enjoyed our stay and will definitely go back the next time that I am in Mexico City.
