The apartment was exactly what we were looking for and in a great location in Roma Nte. One of the best things is how communicative the hosts are. While we were provided with everything we needed during our stay, the hosts made sure we knew they were available at a moment's notice.

Overall, our stay was lovely. The apartment was nice and clean, well kept and served us well. The filtered water source was super helpful. It was nice not to have to worry about finding a supply of drinkable water each day. Host was prompt in their responses to messages, requests, etc. I was appreciative of that. There were intermittent issues with hot water supply which the host addressed immediately. Noise from busy street didn't bother us but you could hear cars and motorcycles drive by. Street was pretty quiet at night.

The apartment was well located on the 1st floor (US 2nd floor) of the building. The beds were comfortable, kitchen well appointed, plenty of light. Suggestion: bedrooms could use room darkening curtains. While there are no adjacent bars (), it is a city and you may want to bring earplugs. Great place to base yourself and short walk to many restaurants and cafes. Recommend.

I would highly recommend staying here! This home is located in such a vibrant part of the city. There are endless places within walking distance for food, drinks, shopping, and transportation. All of the rooms are spacious and offer comfortable beds. The hosts were quick to respond and helpful, and the security team at the front were all very nice.

We had a great stay in Roma! The property was spotless, and the hosts were clear and communicative throughout the process. The location was amazing to walk for any type of food, and an easy trip to anywhere we wanted to grab a drink. Very highly recommend!

We really enjoyed this place. It was clean, in a great location and felt very safe. There is guard at the gate and t they are very friendly/helpful. There are tons of restaurants within close walking distance and it was easy to get everywhere we wanted to go.

Great Location, Difficult Check-in

The building is in a great location in Roma Norte and had 24 hour security. It felt self, was clean, and the apartment was as pictured. Although the host responded timely to all inquiries, the check-in process was not easy. We were told we would receive information to access the apartment a few hours before check-in. We arrived at the building late in the evening and showed our IDs to security as instructed, but we still had not received information about the apartment number or access code (which the security guard did not have either). We waited with security for a while before finally hearing back from the host about the access code.

Great location, cute interior, great floorplan

The place was super for our family of four (two 18 adult kids). Great lay out. Everything worked. Place was clean. The people who opened the gate for us each time were so kind and patient. The only very small bit of constructive feedback would be for first time entry for those of us with weaker Spanish speaking skills. It took us some time to communicate with the young woman at the gate so she could let us in. We showed our confirmation. We tried to explain the situation. It really only took about 10 minutes to gain entry, but when you’ve been traveling and are new to a country it can be stressful. All that said, we still LOVE the place and would absolutely come back again!
