For the price and location, you really can’t beat this place. The internet is nonexistent and the front desk is little to no help. The couch was a bit torn up and sharp objects sticking through the cushion. That being said, it’s a one bedroom apartment in the middle of everything in central Mexico City. The kitchen was nice to have in order to not eat out every meal. Once inside the property (somewhat annoying they don’t give you a way to access the property but an attendant is usually there) it’s quiet and felt safe. The key to the room was extremely frustrating to use and took multiple tries to get into the apartment. Was not the cleanest place. We stayed for six nights and only got towels changed once and the bathroom was never cleaned. Overall was a okay place to stay.

The location was perfect . All major attractions were within walking and/or short drive distance. Plenty of local eating options around the hotel. All major transportation options are available with a 5 minute walk. The staff was friendly and helpful with any questions about food recommendations and attractions. Cons: housekeeping was not daily, sheets and towels were changed every 3 days. There is no Air Conditioning unit in room . However, they provided two portable fan units which helped beat summer heat . I will definitely recommend this place for someone traveling to city for first time.

Perfect location close to Belle Artes & Historic Centre. 24 hour access with 24 hour security. Slightly shabby & dusty but generally clean. A small price to pay for the location. Staff spoke little English but were very helpful. We recommend La Opera restaurant just around the corner.

Wonderful property located in a wonderful neighborhood. I liked the tranquility inside this lovely top floor apartment. Right in the middle of everything I wanted to do and see, very safe, very secure in an excellent part of the Centro Historico. Close enough to walk to the Zocolo...yet far enough away to have none of the crowds. Ideally located for me right next to the Palacio Bellas Artes, I was steps away from being right in between the old and the new of Mexico City. I really feel fortunate to have found it, and I hope I can use it again. It was so much more relaxing to come back to what felt like a home than just go to a hotel room. Made it all so much better than I could have imagined.

It was a little difficult to find the entrance to the property because there is no sign or poster. Good thing we arrived during the day and the address number was visible. We were checked into a nice room a little before 3pm. We were napping already when we were woken up by a staff and another guest who told us that it was not the room that I booked and have to be moved. After going back and forth on what the staff would like to do (I already moved my luggage to the other room in my irritable half asleep state), we were allowed to stay in that room for one night (maybe they saw my mom already asleep from exhaustion). When we moved to the other room the next day, there was a bottle of wine as a token of apology from management. Thank you MyPlace Donceles for giving us consideration that night.
