We just stayed 1 night before heading to Acapulco but we were surprised with the size of the room and the cleanliness. Water pressure was amazing and beds are comfortable

The room was dark. Not enough towels. Housekeeping didn’t leave soap but cleaned away what was there when I arrived. There was no heat and the room was cold. The blanket was insufficient. The mattes was old with lumps and troughs. The breakfast was good .

Truth hurts

I loved it! People were so nice but one night my money disappeared 😅 hope the cleaning ladies enjoy it before karma comes. I recommend not leaving your money in the hotel. Loved the receptionist though.

Good service but urgently maintenance

Carpet in room and public areas in each floor are old and should be replaced. TV remote controls are limited and some are not programmed. There is no iron in the room, so they lend me an old one which stains my shirts. By the way, very uncomfortable toilet.

Beds are like rocks, Jacuzzi was dirty and made the room smell after using it. Traffic outside of hotel was so noisy I was unable to sleep on top of the beds being so hard. It needs major remodeling work.
