It’s a beautiful hotel with big spacious rooms, high ceilings and impeccable design. Beds are very very comfortable, the bathroom is spacious and great shower and water pressure. Impeccable clean. Great location close to everything and I mean everything. A block from multiple museums, Bellas Artes is just half a block away. I arrived at 8am and had to wait until 3pm, was a little disappointed that they didn’t provide my VIP early check in. Overall a great experience and will definitely stay here again. Didn’t go to the restaurant.

Upon arriving I was impressed but throughout the stay I was disappointed and will not be returning sadly. I didn’t have WiFi for two days in the hotel. Additionally my room wasn’t cleaned for three days.After bringing up the issues, Several staff members were rude and unwelcoming. Upon bringing up issues staff member explained it wasn’t his problem and he didn’t know what to say. Finally after days of the room not being cleaned, the day it was “cleaned” I noticed that No clean towels were given and they just folded the old towels to make it look like it was cleaned as well as the bedsheets. To top it all off, they tried to charge me for towels that had washable color on them and explained that they had to use a special detergent to clean. I was highly disappointed in the state as I paid a full price for service that was beyond disappointing. I do not recommend this hotel.

The staff were very polite, attentive and accommodating. The property was clean and modern. I liked the layout of the rooms with high ceilings. The hotel has a tiny gym but that was enough for me. It is on a busy street so you hear some street noise but it is right where the action is!

The hotel is beautifully located in the heart of the bustling Historic District. And, WOW, housekeeping kept the room immaculately clean! We loved the soaking tub and the complimentary Mini Bar. My only small issue is that I would have liked another chair and more dresser drawers storage. Thank y'all for a great stay!

The location was convenient but the staff was not friendly. The internet was down for several days. We always ask for two room access cards and we left one in the room to keep the lights on (which the cleaning service took back). When we asked for the additional key back, they accused us of losing a key. Then the additional key was not working so we had to get it reprogrammed twice. In the end, they accused my husband of asking for five room cards and losing them. Then when we ask for additional towels or toilet paper, they would say they would deliver them to our room and then never follow through. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone due to the poor service from the staff.
