There was an event taking place that night. Staff was overwhelmed and not focused on guests. I had to call the front desk several times to get a bucket of ice.

I loved that they have 28 floors in this massive hotel and we were at the very top. They have incredible views and their nearby restaurants are amazing! Try out Cabanna-YUMMY! A great gem in Mexico City with lots of shopping and eateries nearby in their financial district. Amazing!

The worst hotel ever

I left the same day of my stay . A Halogen light fell in my head while I was shutting the cabinet overall it was the worst hotel I can go on I don’t have the energy for it

Service, food, view, room was EXCELLENT. Loved our stay. The pool needed a little more maintenance. It had fungus, and the heater was not working. The speakers of the room have no sound quality. Besides that, the interior design is beautiful and the 27th room was amazing

Hotel trendy buena ubicacion

Buenas instalaciones, camas, baño, alberca, etc. Lo que parece les falta es mejor atencion en recepcion que parecen no tener mucha capacitacion en atencion al cliente. Pedi una botella de agua para el gimnasio que no habia, y me dijeron que me llevara un vaso de vidrio de una jarra que tienen en recepcion para los clientes que se registran. Trate de hacer entrar en razon a la encargada y me dijo que me no daban agua para el gimnasio, pero que me llevara el vaso de vidrio si queria. En fin, muy buena ubicación, el buffet de desayuno excelente, etc pero si la bienvenida muy seca sin preguntas como si conozco el hotel y sus servicios, mas el detalle del agua para el gym se me hicieron importantes comentar. El wifi era intermintente tambien. No dejen que se caiga porque es muy buena opcion en la zona.

Cool design hotel in the Santa Fe area, great rooftop with restaurant and pool. Close to a shopping center and restaurants, but if you're looking to visit Mexico City's main points of interest I would recommend staying in another neighborhood. Rooms are a bit small and bed is not the most comfortable.

Super chic hotel, rooms need better lighting and wifi is horrible. Mostly Spanish speaking only staff but very helpful! Great location as far as restaurants and shopping mall are all in walking distance. Rooms are super clean and the view of the city was great!

My husband and I were there on a business trip. We were very pleased with the location of the hotel. We didn't spend a lot of time there during the day. Mostly there to rest. We were planning on staying there again in the future, however, upon checking my credit card account, I found out that they had charged me nearly $100 for what they say were damages to the desk in the room. I'm disappointed because we were never contacted by the hotel. We left the room the way we found it, there was no damage on part. Still waiting for this to be cleared up. Please be careful, might even want to take pictures just to be covered.

This hotel charged me twice for my stay what I already paid with Expedia they told me I did not pay anything even though I had proof of it I did pay before so they still charged in the reception. This is terrible.
