We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Tonnala Kukun! The priperty is beautiful, clean, has lots of space and in a greaf location. It is in Roma Norte which is walking distance to fabulous places to eat and shop. What made our stay extra special is Luis and the wonderful staff! They are very attentive and helpful. We will definitely return.

The building, where the flat is located, is still under construction, causing the dust get into the flat even if the windows were shut. Requiring an extra tidy to it by "Kulun". I used the studio to work. The desk of the studio was extremely tiny and uncomfy. The light of the lamp wasn't enough and not to have a sink for dishes isn't great. Among the good points, aircon is good specially in the mornings when the sun points out directly to the studio & in the afternoons, as not able to open windows due to the remodeling. Good size TV & comfy bed. Security 24hrs and good internet connection. Well located, nearby public transport & restaurants & shops.

Great location and comfortable stay.

A comfortable stay in a studio apartment in the heart of Roma Norte. Really convenient location - being easy to get to the key sites, bars, cafes and restaurants. Room was a really good size, with kitchen amenities, sofa and all the standard extras. Disappointed with the cleanliness of the room however, with a dusty floor, and musky smell which may have been coming from the air conditioning unit. The room was not cleaned once during my stay or any of the towels replenished. I stayed for 5 nights.

Better than a hotel room in a great location.

It was a little tricky to get in because of the way the emails with the information came in. I think it may have been for security. The security people were super nice and me feel safe in this huge foreign city. The space was pretty clean, but the drains smelled so bad in one of the bathrooms that we turned the exhaust on and kept the door shut. The beds were comfy and good pillows, but the sofa and chairs were not. The location was good lots of food and shopping within walking distance. Overall the price for what we got made this a good option. I’d bring my own wash clothes and Nespresso pods because they didn’t have enough for coffee every morning. Also I’d bring air freshener.

Nice 2 bdrm condo, nice lobby & staff, good location. But check in delayed by hour, apt. not ready. Filtered water faucet broken, but they did give us bottled to replace. They did communicate with us and respond to our requests.

I booked this place because there was luggage storage available for the few days I was going to be away in between two stays at the property. I confirmed this ahead of time with the staff. When I arrived, it was a whole ordeal to get them to store my luggage. During the second part of the stay, the filtered water was broken and never fixed even when they said they would send someone. Some of the staff was very friendly and helpful and some was very rude and unhelpful. The room itself was nice and the location is great but I won’t be staying there again.

Would not stay here again, even if free.

Everything was a miss except for the location: the property is in an awful state (our bathroom had chipping paint all over, rusty shower heads and handles, outdated furniture), and nothing worked. Water heater wasn't on, safe box didn't work, entry code was wrong. The whole thing was a mess. I would not stay with this management company. Also - difficult to comunicate with them, they are in whatsapp but their agents are not very sharp.
