Location is excellent and there is a lovely cafe and bakery downstairs. But the place is tired looking. Needs a refresh. Furniture shabby, towels unraveling. The elevator was not working so you had no choice but to walk, there was no hot water for several days and there is no maid service at all. The concierge service is on-line and they never responded to me. It could be great but it’s not.

Kitchen set up good. Wish there was some paper towels but full set up kitchen with utensils, mugs, plates. Staff was so nice, and helpful throughout the stay. Security at all times we were there which was assuring and always so welcoming.

Excellent location. Amazing apartments really well decorated. With all the necessary things you need in order to have an incredible vacation. The staff was nice, the area very lively full with cafes, bars and restaurants but still a very quiet zone. Highly recommended stay in the heart of condesa.

So lovely! bed calif king with private patio. Avant-garde decor. Frank Lloyd Wright ,indows rimantic. Excellent TV & Retro turquoise kitchen all amenitues Doir men great Ramon git us fresh tiwels etc. Very little English but had fyn miming...only negative wss consteuctiin next door during day & partying dance restaurant other side. Lovekt Condo hubby who is Very picky wants to come back, he reallyenjoyed sports channel. Area perfect for charming eateries. safe & beautiful park . Oh vest thing wss the lovely rooftop patio with plants, BBQ. Etc. Hubby insists we go back next year!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Casa Miravalle. It was a beautiful apartment space in the middle of the perfect neighborhood, with so many wonderful restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores surrounding it. The park across the street is also really nice to walk through. We appreciated the warm welcome when we first arrived. The apartment was clean and spacious for a group of 5 and even included a washer and dryer in the unit. There is also an elevator in the apartment, which was great for hauling our bags up. We loved being greeted by the sweet doorkeeper and always felt secure being a group of girls staying here. I would definitely recommend staying here; this is the perfect apartment space and neighborhood if you want to visit Mexico City!

We loved our stay and would come back in a heartbeat! The apartment itself was stylish, beautiful, spacious, and clean. The location directly across from a park in Condesa was perfect and within walking distance to shops, cafes, and restaurants. Couldn’t have asked for better!

We had a great stay here in Mexico city, I would definitely return. The hotel was exactly like the photos super clean, there was construction going on next door, but not super loud they started working at a reasonable time. The manager let us check in 2 hours early which we appreciated since we had took a red eye flight and landed at 5 am. We were also able to store our luggage since we landed early and also when checking out. I appreciate the hotel cleanliness and service. We felt super safe and loved the area. Everything walking distance.

Amazing location, beautiful apartment

Amazing location and very spacious apartment!! Stayed for 4 nights with two young kids (4and 7) and it was perfect for exploring with them. Staff were so sweet and friendly and the beds were really comfortable! Some other reviews mentioned construction noise, the weekdays there is construction next door but it wasn’t terribly disruptive (we’re up early anyway). Great roof deck and laundry in our apartment (also on the roof) was key. Just wish there was a little more info on how to do things (no instructions or booklet in the apartment on how to use appliances, checkout times etc). Would definitely stay again though!
