The staff was impeccable. The owner didn't speak much English,and she was there to greet us when we arrived. The two young people who ran the day to day spoke perfect English, and They were VERY accomodating. There is not someone on property 24 hours, so just ask all your questions before 8pm. There was no problem. We left early, before breakfast opened, and we were able to still get coffee and something to eat anyway. they were very interesting. Rooms modern and sparkling clean!

Jolly Charme Suite is beautiful, clean, and very modern. We had a beautiful view of the Strait of Messina. The staff was exceptional and was there to help with anything we needed. The breakfast was unbelievable. I can't say enough positive things about his place. When we go back to Messina to visit family, we will only stay at Jolly.

This is a very clean and comfortable bed and breakfast in Messina. Front desk help from Pasindu was excellent. Recommended good restaurants, and arranged for taxi when asked.

Messina is the second largest city in Sicily so we thought we should see it since we were on our way to Taormina and Catania. Not much to see, another church and most everything was closed except for restaurants and the main church. The best part of visiting Messina was these suites. You could see they were recently renovated. I took a tour of several as they are all different. Each is lovely, and beautifully decorated!!! Breakfast fantastic!! Also, suites are updated with technology. Codes, pins, etc to get in the building, room and within room. Very user friendly (for those technology savy people)!

Our adventure to Messina was unplanned but ended being the most memorable of our Italian vacation. We found the staff to be most accommodating, the breakfast to be superb and the accommodation pleasant and comfortable. Hotel meraviglioso sotto tutto i punti di vista. Soggiorno indimenticabile. La camera assegnataci ci ha consentito di avere una suggestiva ed eccezione vist mare dello Stetto di Messina. L’hotel si presenta moderno, igiene al massimo livello. La nostra stanza era dotata di ogni impensabile comfort. Ci siamo sentiti davvero coccolati. Omaggiati anche di ciabattine, di crema corpo, di balsamo e di tante altre cose. Il televisore in camera una Smart tv con inclusi tutti i servizi, anche a pagamento tipo Netflix. Le serrande ditte di apertura automatica a pulsante. Bagno lussuoso, così come gli arredi della camera e quelli delle parti comuni. La colazione ricchissima di pietanza sia dolci che salati. Pan di Spagna e costate fatte da loro. Eleganza anche nelle tovaglie e nei piatti. Un hotel da 10 e lode. Il personale di una disponibilità e squisitezza uniche. Super consigliato. Io e mia moglie ce ne siamo innamorati e ci ritorneremo sicuramente.
