The Space:

Perched between the Banana and Indian Rivers on Florida's Space Coast, this high-rise condo at River Fly-In puts you in the middle of everything - rocket launches on the horizon, rare wildlife below, and a resort-style community wrapped around you. It's a rare find: a waterfront retreat with genuine nature sanctuary views and quick access to Kennedy Space Center, Port Canaveral, Cocoa Beach, and the Merritt Island Airport right next door.



Living space

The open-concept living area is finished with tile floors, floor-to-ceiling windows, and sliding glass doors that frame views of the surrounding wildlife preserve and Cape Canaveral beyond. A smart TV, dedicated workspace, and room-darkening shades keep things comfortable whether you're settling in for the evening or working remotely for a few days. Soundproof construction means the nearby airport stays out of earshot.



The balcony

The oversized private balcony is one of the largest in the complex - a genuine outdoor living space with a dining set, cushioned seating, and loungers. Use it for morning coffee, alfresco meals, or watching a rocket arc over the water at dusk. In late June, Florida's long evenings make it ideal for lingering outdoors well into the night.



Sleeping arrangements

The king master suite includes a walk-in closet and a spa-like en-suite bathroom - a private, calm retreat after a day of exploring. The second bedroom has two queen beds and access to a full bathroom, making the layout work well for families, two couples, or a group of friends. The condo sleeps up to 8 guests across 3 beds.



Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee maker, hot water kettle, toaster, wine glasses, baking sheet, and a full set of dishes and cookware. Whether you're putting together a quick breakfast before a beach day or cooking a proper dinner in, everything you need is here. A dining table seats the group comfortably.



Bathrooms

Both bathrooms are well-appointed, with a bathtub available for a longer soak. Shampoo, body soap, hair dryer, and cleaning products are provided, along with towels, bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and all the essentials.

As a River Fly-In resident, you have access to the full suite of community amenities: a pool, hot tub, sauna, fire pit, gym, and clubhouse - all without leaving the property. A BBQ grill and outdoor furniture extend your living space further. Free garage parking and free street parking are both available, and EV charging is on-site. An elevator serves the building.

The property is also a remarkable spot for birdwatching: Reddish Egrets, Bald Eagles, Brown Pelicans, Roseate Spoonbills, Mottled Ducks, and more have all been spotted here. A boardwalk observation deck is planned to make the most of those sightings.
