Wish I could add more pics of this place but it won’t let me. If I could have cancelled and gotten my money back, I would have. This place is gross when you really look at that. As soon as I walked in I had a bad experience with the guy saying I had to pay a $50 deposit that is non refundable for whatever reason. Had 3 tired children on a road trip so we had to endure this place. Screen on window was half broken out which I’m pretty sure is a hazard and a fire code violation. Dirty stops under sink. Holes and scratches all over the bedding. Shower was the worst. Literally gagging while I was using the restroom. They can’t even fill the Kleenex box. Place needs a thorough cleaning and dusting.

The 1st night was great. The next 2 stays were different rooms and the rooms were a bit dirty. One was noisy right next to the ice machine. Dirty towels that were used on the shower curtain. Sticky stuff in the bed and the pillows had a smell so did the last 2 rooms i had. Some staff was nice.

Staff was not helpful at all. My TV wasn't working . The staff person said she would come up when she finished her break. She never came I had to call her. She was annoyed I called back. She did not give me the option to change rooms until I requested since she could not fix the TV. They didn't have elevators snd they would not help me carry my suitcases up to the 2nd floor. She said"WE DO NOT DO THAT". THW EORDTCSERVICE EVER......

Motel info needs consistency re: pet policy.

Bed was comforatble and very clean. Trying to put on makeup in bathroom was like by candle light. Bathtub extremely slippery. Was a very quiet room. For me booking with a dog. Pet Friendly on sign, but $25.00 per night for dog - excessive, plus $50 refundable deposit (we'll see on that). One site this property says doesn't allow pets, then they do. Be consistent.

It was a nice room—what we wanted. Only complaint is the bathroom door wouldn’t shut all the way. Bed was great. Price was amazing. We would stay again

Asked for a box of tissues but instead they pull out a box from behind desk and told me to pull out tissues and put box back behind desk, there were not in the room. Will not stay there again!! They are to tight!!
