Please know the pictures and description are misleading. And my guess is the 10 ratings are fake. This is a small apartment building with no amenities - no pool or spa as stated in description. The sofa bed in our planned room was very small - suitable for 1 person and a cramped room for more than 2 (was to fit 4). It was clean & had a decent outdoor patio for the whole building. Overall this is a basic facility. Know before you go. Neighborhood ok but is not far from sites - Therme baths & Spa & Centrum /shops/restaurants & promenade.
