My girlfriend and I had reservations for a room with a double bed. We showed up after driving all day and checked in only to arrive in a room with 3 single beds. We went to the front desk to get the room type we booked and were told this was the only room available because they had a big group coming the next day and they didn’t want to have to clean the room again. So we got stuck with 3 little beds with no apologies or discounts… very disappointed

Very convenient for Mendoza Bus Terminal

I picked this location to stay close to the Mendoza Bus Terminal as I had a 1-day layover. The hotel was conveniently situated for this purpose, and ticked all the boxes for me - well priced, good amenities, convenient location. The property is just steps away from the bus terminal, and can be accessed via an underpass next to the McDonald's. Best to access the hotel via the McDonald's parking lot. Staff were friendly and provided good service despite me not speaking much Spanish. They held my bag for the day while I explored Mendoza, and allowed me to use the facilities at the end of the day while I waited for my bus. Hotel is newly built as of 2024 and my room was adequate for my needs. Wifi was good and there was good water pressure for the shower. Complimentary breakfast was fairly standard in my opinion, but there were hot food options, which was nice. It also opened until 10, which provided some flexibility for me. I couldn't figure out where the pool was, but it wasn't that important to me, so I didn't follow up on this - perhaps someone else can post about this in another review. It would have been nice to have a shower facility for travellers leaving on night buses (just shower, no room), but that was a minor thing for me. Could be a potential opportunity for the hotel since I couldn't find this service anywhere near the bus terminal.

Escolhi o hotel por conta da localização ao lado da rodoviária, já que no final da viagem eu iria de ônibus para Santiago. Porém me arrependi porque era um local muito barulhento na beira de uma rodovia. O primeiro quarto que nos colocaram estava com a persiana quebrada e quanto tentamos fecha-la, a mesma caiu em cima do meu marido. Prontamente nos trocaram para outro dormitório que tinha cama e travesseiros muito ruins. O café da manhã era bem fraco e repetitivo. Ao fim da viagem, paguei meia diária para um check out tardio, mas soube no final do dia que o meu ônibus para Santiago havia sido cancelado devido à neve nas cordilheiras, e só consegui uma passagem de avião para o dia seguinte. Sendo assim, precisei de mais uma noite em Mendoza, e segundo o hoteis.com o hotel tinha quartos disponíveis, mas os atendentes da recepção se recusaram a estender a minha estadia por mais uma noite. Tive que encontrar outro local e me locomover de última hora.

De modo geral foi boa!

Minha estadia, foi boa, a localização é perto do centro mas não é o centro de Mendonza, o quarto é espaçoso e limpo, o banheiro um pouco apertado mas sem problemas, e existe um pouco de barulho na região por estar localizado próximo a um terminal de ônibus.

Hotel ruim. Não volto e não recomendo.

Quando chegamos ao quarto a roupa de cama estava suja e com cabelos. Quando fui tomar banho o banheiro inundou de água. Reclamei no dia seguinte e como não conseguiram resolver me trocaram de quarto. Também era muito barulhento por ser so lado da rodoviária. Papel higiênico e sabonete também eram de péssima qualidade.
