The issue was with the company we booked with and the up keep on the property. The day of they tried to swap locations which is unacceptable. I booked there for a safe area and they tried to swap it to the hood of Memphis. I had 7 children with me! The pool was supposed to be available and wasn’t. I asked ahead remind you. There was roaches, food on the cook wear still. So instead of being able to save money we had to eat out instead of cooking. There was BLOOD on 2 of the beds! The master bathroom shower had no water pressure. So we had to share 1 bathroom with 11 people. There was holes in the wall of the garage. I have asked for a refund and they are trying to give me 20% for the “inconvenience “ this wasn’t an inconvenience it was a horrible experience in general. I can imagine what the other house looked like considering what this one looked like. I see why the sellers are suing them and swapping company’s. We travel alot for sports ever have I experienced anything like this!
