Very nice, quiet neighborhood. Everything you could need close by. Our visit was to just relax with cousins and catch up. We are a very mature group (old). Very, very nice outdoor set up. Great correspondence with owner.

Great getaway

We loved the location, pool and game room. 4 teen boys had a great time and all the moms got to hang out and catch up. Communication with owner was fast and helpful. Only thing that could have been better was that the floors needed a good mopping.

So much fun!

We had an amazing time on our annual get away with the grandkids. The house was spotlessly clean with lots of hang out spaces. The backyard is perfect! We enjoyed the pool and all the beautiful rose bushes along with the outdoor theater. Quiet neighborhood with everything we needed near by and an easy drive into the city for sightseeing. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Got the job done

The property is generally what you are going for by pictures. I was led to believe the neighborhood was a little nicer, but the proximity to town was decent. There was pet hair all over the beds and furniture, and the floors weren't as clean as they could have been. We ended up buying sheets to use for our stay. The host was responsive and courteous.

Great family friendly stay in a quiet neighborhood!

This was a family getaway with four adults and six children. It accommodated us well. The kids enjoyed the game room and there was plenty of room for us to have our own space. Plenty of space for two cars to park under the covered space. The neighborhood was quiet, but location was great as we could quickly access plenty of shops and restaurants. Owner was quick in communication for any questions we had.

This property was exactly what we needed. There are local stores nearby that you can go to if needed. The property was very nice. The home has a lot of nice touches that are very accommodating. The game room was very nice as well. Plenty of entertainment. We will definitely book with this property again

Great stay

Had a weekend family stay for one of my children’s birthdays. She had a blast and said it was the best weekend ever. There is so much to do from the pool, to the arcade, to the outdoor projector screen, and full kitchen appliances. My children were entertained all weekend and did not want to leave! Thank you!

Perfect set up!

Great family vacation home!

We had an amazing family vacation at this home. Swimming pool and arcade room were added bonuses. We enjoyed movies by the pool at night. Pool table and darts inside kept all entertained as well! So much to do at this house along side relaxing. Close to many Memphis attraction. Kitchen could use a frying pan and baking sheet. Overall an awesome place! Will stay here again when we come back to Memphis.

Family Gathering

Fun house for a family

There were 3 generations traveling together - 2 parents, 3 grandparents, 2 teens and 2 dogs and this house was perfect - everyone had a comfy place to sleep. It's in a nice quiet neighborhood with an easy drive anywhere. The game rooms were lots of fun and the kids really liked that - we had family billiards games every evening. It really was a great place for our crew. Adam was very easy to get a hold of via text and was quick to help when we asked. We didn't have any issues with the house. It is eclectic! Each room has its own decor and a couple of rooms are painted black. The game rooms are a blast and the main living room with the fire place was a wonderful place to hang out in December. The kitchen had everything we needed and we found everything clean and ready to go when we arrived.
