MEMORIAL

Unfortunately, we were in Memphis for a Family Memorial Service. The Property worked out excellent as we had room accommodations for our core group, plus we had the dining and seating areas for Family to gather after we attended Services. The layout allowed us to have additional Family and Family Friends to commiserate, and socialize in the evenings. It worked out perfectly for us.Thanks So Much... The DeBolds.

Family wedding trip

We were in Memphis for a family wedding. We had several family members with us. The house was perfect for our needs and the location couldn’t have been better as the wedding was in Germantown. Host couldn’t have been nicer or easier to work with.

Great place great location

The home was in a great location. It was really clean. The furniture is really dated but the beds were all very comfortable. My only concern was that while we were gone from the home sight seeing we returned to find the owner at the property. It appeared he went inside the home as several lights seemed to have been turned off when we returned to the house. I guess that is fine, but I'm just not a fan of that. Overall I would highly recommend this property.

Family wedding

We were in the area for a family wedding and needed a home to accommodate our large family. The house met our needs well. We were pleased with the neighborhood and felt safe (as safe as anyone can feel in Memphis or any large city these days).

Perfect location for a Shelby Farms Fed Ex venue event

The house is comfortable and well equipped. We did not cook any meals but appreciated the high quality internet and TV. Everything was clean and ready for arrival. Instructions about entry and departure were clear and helpful. Siyan even left welcome note and snacks. Worked very well for our extended family during a busy wedding weekend. Best stay ever!

We had reserved another house in Memphis for the week of Dec 26; the owner of that unit cancelled our reservations on the day before our departure, Christmas day! We were so upset. I found this unit on VRBO, contacted Siyan on Christmas Day and she replied immediately. We were able to book the house and save our trip! Communication with the owner is excellent; the house was spotless and well-stocked; pictures are accurate. We couldn't be happier that our first unit was cancelled and that we were able to find this gem!

Best of Memphis

The location was great for access to Memphis downtown , the airport and Graceland. Yet it was quiet and peaceful for our family gathering celebrating our Golden Anniversary. Very clean and well maintained accommodations.

The house lived up to the expectations. 14 people and still plenty of room. Communication with the host was excellent. We were originally going to stay in a area hotel, boy are we glad we didnt, Wisconsin will definitely be back!

Wonderful place- Super Host!

This was a fantastic house and location for our family! It was spacious, really clean, the kids had room to spread out from each other and the adults could have quiet time after the kids went to bed. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to Memphis. Siyan is a phenomenal host!

Excellent first time VBRO experience!

We had ample room for 5 adults and 4 kids. Check in was easy, house well stocked and clean. Feedback with host was very timely. We would definitely stay again if in the Germantown area.

Overall was great

Rental was as listed and ready upon arrival. It was very spacious having the yard was nice for the kids. I do think they had recently pulled the carpet and had the hardwood redone. It had a film on it that made it feel sticky. Other than that it was clean and everything was great. Would stay again if visiting the Memphis area.

Great location! Lots of rooms! Upstairs bathroom door does get stuck but really not a big deal. Beautiful and safe neighborhood and location. Everything you need to feel at home! We will be staying there again!!!!
