"I loved my stay at The Residence Inn and I was thinking to book a multi-purpose, long-term stay for the Spring of 2027. But communication with the Director of Sales about this potential booking has been frustrating. A pricing proposal expected after she showed me around to see the different room types did not arrive. After patiently waiting over two weeks for it, my voice mail to her direct line asking for the proposal was also not answered. The second time I called I explained to the front desk staff what had happened. They called the Director of Sales while I waited on hold. The front desk staff came back on the line and said that the Director of Sales' email would be "resent." There was no indication that anything had been sent prior; nothing in my spam folder or inbox, nor was the earlier email attached to her "resend." And now my two follow-up emails with simple and reasonable questions have now gone unanswered. "We are so busy" is not a valid excuse for hospitality staff doing business for a Marriott Residence Inn to treat long-term stay customers this way--and I would like for this aspect of an otherwise great place to change."
