Check in easy and polite, live piano in the lobby bar on Tues Thurs Sunday 8-11 pm, robes and complimentary bottle of red were a nice touch in our junior suite, balconies great with awesome view is the bay, and outlets were universal taking American, European, and UK charge types and maybe Australian and Asian too. Overall great spot would highly recommend.

The Hotel is extremely well looked after and if like sharring a hotel with Package Deal 52 seater coach travellers with a Sports Bar accross the road then houll be veey happy here.

Excellent hotel with 24/7 reception manned by helpful and obliging staff. Breakfast spread excellent- rooms very comfy and soundproof ensuring good night's sleep . Room service carried out well , despite one oversight which was immediately remedied as soon as we reported it . Can't wait to go back next year !!!

Good location, large rooms, decent breakfast. Some strange rules that could be reviewed: 1) needing to exchange towels for vouchers; 2) paying for bathrobe rental; 3) gym closed till 9am on Sundays.

Staff were friendly. Room staff and catering staff very hardworking and polite. Hotel is in a quiet area but still lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Room was a good size and clean.
