This modern Sandstone two-story townhouse is located only 200 metres from the shops, cafes, and a short walk to the beach. No need to get the car out as you are an easy stroll to all that Sorrento has to offer. Spacious with light open plan, ultra-modern design, sparkling white kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite benchtops, and polished floors throughout the living area. Generous dining setting, with seating for 10. Gas Log fire, Plasma TV with Chromecast and Wifi.

Opening onto a large entertaining deck with BBQ and outdoor furniture setting. Beautiful travertine bathroom with separate powder room. Fully equipped laundry including a washing machine and clothes dryer. You are free to use the 2 car garage to secure your car/s. There is also a direct entry from the double garage to the apartment.

Just Perfect!

A wonderfully spacious 4 bedroom home in the perfect location. Walking distance to the front and back beaches and all that Sorrento has to offer. Highly recommended.

Sorrento Townhouse -Ocean Beach Road

Townhouse was very clean, modern and easy walk to shops and back beach. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony, however in the real heat of the day, we were not able to, as the outdoor umbrella had a part missing. Apart from not being able to sit on the balcony at certain parts of the day, (only disappointing part as this is something we love to do, relax on the balcony), everything else was wonderful. Would stay again at this townhouse, ensuring we had a working outdoor umbrella.

Last minute Sorrento getaway

A truly fantastic townhouse with everything provided for, we were all very impressed with the setup and it’s cleanliness! The location is great as we walked everywhere. We will definitely stay again. The only concern was the electric gate not opening all the time, we noted that other guests had problems too with entering and exiting. Thank you to Annette who was wonderful to deal with.
