I had a lovely 3 night stay at Sage Hotel. I choose the hotel for its location. Its a short 5 minutes walk from Ringwood Station and it's conveniently accessible via a lift and walkway through to Eastland Shopping Centre. Its a good base for Puffing Billy Railway which I went on during my stay. The bed was very comfortable, good tea and coffee facilities and I loved the Ink and Water soap and moisturiser. I loved the free sparkling water and ice buckets too. The staff were really friendly at reception and at the bar. If I'm ever in the South East again I would stay here again. I recommend Sage Hotel.

This was quite a fancy place to stay, but the room was quite dusty and sticky in places. The restaurant prices are extremely high and is closed on Sundays. There is no pool, spa or sauna, but they have access to a nearby gym for two hours if you fill in a survey and pick up key from Reception. The room did not come with a cot set up, even though we booked a room for 2 adults and an infant (I had to request one and it took a couple of hours to come, so delayed our plans). Great restaurant dining and groceries nearby in the shopping centre downstairs, but requires working out the after hour shopping centre blockades. The entryway from the basement smelt of sewerage, which was off-putting, but the murals are very pretty.

Loved staying at Sage the room was lovely and the facilities and restaurant was lovely and very convenient and breakfast was delicious. The only down fall was I left my phone charger cable and power point adapter in my room, i rang Today the day I checked out and asked if it was handed in by housekeeping but there is no record of this item.
