Gorgeous hideaway

Tasteful and thoughtfully fitted out cabin set in one one corner of a gorgeous equestrian estate that took us straight back to a much treasured holiday we once spent in France.

farm stay getaway

this private little farm stay getaway was the perfect little retreat for our family, was nice and quiet which is always nice. beautiful well maintained cottage just felt like home. the weather was up and down with rain and a few overnight storms, but Miriam was nice to still warm the pool for us and enjoyed the pool very much. we are definitely be back for a summer staycation down the track! keep up the beautiful work Miriam hope to see you and your family soon

Spectacular, relaxing and easy

The most spectacular and easy going family holiday I have been on. The host, Miriam continued to go above and beyond. Very welcoming and involving. We got to choose how involved we wanted to be or not. Each morning she took us though her rescue horse property and explained what she does. The kids got to pat, walk and brush the horse. Absolutely amazing experience for the kids. Highly recommend it!!

Beautiful Property Perfect Farm Stay Getaway

I enjoyed a peaceful 3 days at this beautiful property, with tranquil surrounds and pristine, faultless amenities. The cottages were well placed to provide privacy while remaining within a minutes walk to the paddocks and rescued animals who live a truly blessed life here with Miriam as their custodian. Manicured lawns and hedgerows, a poplar-lined driveway entry from a story book, inquisitive roaming chickens, Chilli the dog greeting you with a wag and the choice to be included in some of the care of Miriam's stable of rescued horses all added to the relaxing experience, giving a feeling that you were completely taken away from your usual daily grind into a quiet, little cocoon of rural life. Miriam is the perfect host. Her passion for the care of her animals and obvious love of nature and genuine desire to make you feel welcome was on another level! Really can't recommend this property highly enough. Thanks Miriam.

Fantastic Stay

We had the best time here. The cottages were so wonderful and clean. The farm itself was so beautiful and relaxing. Miriam gave us a tour of the farm, we got to meet the farm animals which was so exciting. She was so wonderful! Will definitely be coming back here, that’s for sure :)

Perfect luxury farm stay

My family loved our stay here, with the friendly hosts ready to get us involved in any farm activities available. The heated pool was a big plus and the cabin was first class. A lovely little property we will definitely go back to!

Just Fabulous!

The cottage is the perfect distance from Melbourne with kids for a weekend getaway. The outdoor pool is bliss and the horses and chickens a very big hit. The clean and modern cottages have everything you need and nearby Tyabb and Balnarring have some good eateries if you're sick of cooking. Miriam and her children are so friendly and welcoming. We'll definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Wow what an amazing stay. Miriam the host made you feel like family. An incredible property and a wonderful experience. We will definitely be coming back. The cottages are private and luxurious. We went for our honey moon and it was absolutely divine. Thank you so much Miriam!

Perfect in every way!

We had the most wonderful long weekend stay at Maple Cottage! The property is beautiful and so well maintained. The cottage is brand new, with everything you need for a really comfortable stay, including high quality bedding and linen. They have literally thought of everything, including milk, coffee pods, mozzie spray, sunscreen, shampoo, conditioner, body wash! The solar heated pool was an added bonus, clean and so refreshing! We have never felt so welcome during a BNB stay, Miriam and her gorgeous girls were so lovely and we learnt so much from them about farm life and rescuing horses. Our girls (6yo and 4yo) loved the opportunity to feed the chickens and collect some eggs. We feel so privileged to have been able to spend time at this beautiful Estate. We will definitely be back for a stay very soon!

What an amazing place!

The cottage was beautifully designed and the estate was pure bliss! The host, Miriam, was incredibly hospitable and so welcoming. Her complimentary tour of the farm was a real insight into what farm life is really like and the incredible work she does to rescue horses. Great place for kids, with lots of outdoor games provided and of course the swimming pool! Definitely recommend this property for a true nature experience. Thanks Miriam.

Wonderful Family Farm Stay

Our family had a wonderful relaxing time. The cottage is beautifully furnished and prepared with care. All your essentials are provided from coffee pods for the coffee machine to sunscreen and flyspray. The swimming pool is lovely, surrounded with plenty of shade and relaxing sunchairs. There is even a herb garden for visitors to make use of. The highlight for our family was learning about and helping to care for the horses. Miriam and her team went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was enjoyable and memorable. We look forward to returning in the future.

Great accommodation and location

The stay and overall experience was very comfortable and enjoyable. The place was gorgeous, lots of space, family friendly and quiet. The opportunity to spend time and learn about the horses was amazing and we cant wait to visit again.

Bliss seaside/country hideaway

We had the most wonderful first family getaway at Wilindi Estate. Miriam was a very accommodating host always making sure we were comfortable showing us around her property and introducing us to her rescue horses. Our cottage was well equipped with all the necessities, a fantastic backyard for our little one to run around and play, collecting freshly laid eggs each day and the cherry on top was the stunning pool that we spent most of our days next to cooling off. Thanks for the memories we got to make at your beautiful place Miriam and team! We hope to come back!
