The hotel decor, staff and food were great but we would never recommend you to friends if they had a car. The parking arrangements are appalling, the Wilsons carpark was completely insecure and filthy dirty, and charging by entry frequency bizarre and annoying. I raised these issues with your staff who told me the carpark owner has not responded to requests for improvements. I would go straight to Wilsons and rip into them about the unacceptable performance of the franchisee.
