The internet did not work. The rooms were not good. The pictures online looked good, but when we got to the hotel, we were very disappointed. The staff were not very nice. They would not let us cancel our stay.

Multiple times the reception area was filled with rubbish from people leaving it at the tables. not cleaned up throughout the day. cleaners came ever second day to rooms which was no issue, but felt they didnt really clean, only replaced towels and made beds. left bag of rubbish behind.

One of the staff worked at the front desk kinda of racist. We ask if they have an electric outlet converter, he said they dont have it, people borrowed and dont returned it. However other tenants asked from a different staff, they were given and available!!!

5 of us were booked for the 2 bedroom option with kitchen. Requested a rollaway and happy to pay for it. Got told once there no rollaways exist despite being advertised; NOT A SINGLE utensil to cook with. WHY OFFER A KITCHEN??. A hot top to cook on with a pan but nothing to stir with. insufficient plates/bowls/silverware. Just random numbers of them. Lazy housekeeping. No dishcloth. One ketchup sized package of detergent. No blankets as it was winter. Sofa bed was awful, as expected hence asking for a rollaway. The evening staff were great helping source the basic things that should have been in there. But as they are also having to check people in it was 45mins for this and 45 mins for that. They really tried but if housekeeping had done their job as a team this wouldn’t have happened. Frustrating when you’re tired and travelling. Overall the whole place looks like a GLORIFIED BACKPACKERS or HOSTEL! Grubby. And the photo of breakfast is not this hotel. It’s actually an old bar. Looked like a decent array but has old casino bar vibes. Gross.
