The Sebel staff were so welcoming, friendly and accommodating to all of our needs. Rooms were clean, beds and pillows so very comfy! We went for breakfast to Town and Country cafe which was within walking distance from The Sebel. Parking was secure and so very reasonably priced, public transport was also a short walk. We will definitely be returning here! Thank You

Would Stay Again

Second time we have stayed here. Check in was efficient both times. Staff were excellent and helpful. Room was better than expected for the price. Parking didn't cost an arm and a leg either. Lots of room and easy to get into. Bed was comfortable. Heated towel rails so towels were warm. Pretty quiet. Room was warm once we figured out the heater - only suggestion is have instructions for how to use the heater printed and in large font. The heater control is small and the pictures even smaller which were hard to read even after taking photo and enlarging it! and it's the simple things that are good also - The have an ICE machine! This time the fridge was full of drinks to purchase which made it hard to put our drinks/water in to keep cold. Last time it was empty which we prefer. Close to public transport. Also walking distance to a few restaurants/fish & chip shop etc. Would stay again.

The room was large and nice. The bed sheet had a cigarette hole in it. Because i checked in very late i didn't let the receptionist knows but complained in a morning. Noone get back to me and that was annoying

Pros: Good sized Room, comfortable bed, very well priced. Cons: Still feels Like a “Hotel”. TV interface is very dated and clunky. No Cutlery. A nice Couch would have been perfect. Dining table doesn’t have dining chairs. Hotels are competing with short stay rentals but haven’t Really done much to compete with them.
