Staff were friendly and helpful, room was clean, pool was nice to relax in after a hot day. Absolutely a great location, so close to flagstaff station, tram stops, queen victoria markets, and shopping in the cbd.

Great hotel! Clean, and close to a lot of good restaurants! Also close to the metro station! Will definitely stay here again! And OMG, we love the pool. Wish it was heated. The water was kind of cold . Overall was excellent! Highlight recommended!!!

During high winds the noise inside the unit is really loud and there is only one heating unit in the living room that does not reach the bedroom efficiently.

They were happy to move us to a bigger rooms when requested. The reception staff were kind, friendly and helpful especially Katherine and Johanne. Pool and spa were great but recommend a handle bars be available for getting in and out of the indoor spa. I have bad arthritis you see.

Comfortable Stay, Though Rooms a Bit Small

Quite a new property in Melbourne CBD, with a nice indoor pool and outdoor jacuzzi. Housekeeping was good. We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment. The only comment is that the rooms were quite small, so we had to leave our suitcases in the living room.

We stayed 9 nights, we enjoyed the position, front door girls were more interested in being on their phones than offering any assistance. The room service and complementary tea, coffee and sugar were scheduled badly. Other than that was a nice stay.
