I stayed here for 5 nights as I was visiting friends who lived in Kew. It was spacious. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Had some noisy neighbours one evening but the staff handled it efficiently. Next door to shops which was super handy. Really enjoyed my stay.

The Apartment was very dirty. Bins hadn't been emptied from previous guests. After having been moved to a new apartment as first one allocated was in worse condition, we chose to say nothing & clean it ourselves.

I like the area to stay in when I am in Melbourne For me it is easy to drive to and park car etc. Stairs from carpark to ground level a bit of a trial. But I do appreciate car being under cover etc. It was hot this time and I happily found a fan for the bedroom ... So all things I needed were there

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment which was very spacious. The main bedroom had an ensuite and both had built in robes. There is a Woolworths next door and a short walk to the main road for trams. Staff at reception were very helpful.

Outstanding customer service and the suites are spacious and comfortable. There are a lot of stairs within the property, so be mindful of that. I had a pram with me, and they kindly gave me a room on the ground floor. I couldn’t recommend it higher! I stayed for 2 nights with my family for a wedding. Perfect accommodation

Five day trip for a birthday celebration. Easy arrival, very good wifi in large and well appointed apartment. Love the location and keep coming back every year.

Out of hours Check in process was easy. There are a fair few stairs to get to the apartment, which isn’t that convenient if you’re like us with a toddler/pram. A bit of noise comes from the upstairs apartments, however apart from that our stay was nice and quiet and generally comfortable.

Situated in a very central position with all amenities ie shops, transport etc very close by and handy. Couldn't believe how dusty and somewhat dirty it was. It appears if hadn't been cleaned or dusted. Ensuite had hair all over the floor and basin. Walls very thin so unfortunately quite noisy

Long weekend at Quest Kew

A wonderful long weekend in a 3 bedroom apartment with 5 adults. Clean, great bedding and very comfortable with every amenity. Just a few metres to a variety of cafes, restaurants and supermarket as well as the trams to the city and Box Hill. Great heating options throughout the apartment and highly recommend Quest Kew.
