Best hotel experience by far. They are doing bit their way to make sure your stay is comfortable. Room service 24 hours a day. All staff are very nice and professional. They always give you a courtesy call to make sure you’re done and if uou need anyway. I cannot fault them in any way possible. Elaf Taiba is worth every penny.

Hotels are nice - except that when we arrived around 4:30-5 both of ours were not checked in till around 6pm as ours rooms weren’t ready - but they were only allocating once we arrived - not ideal after long drive and if the times clash with salah times makes it difficult to leave stuff and go pray.

This was my first stay in Al Madinah and I am very impressed and happy with Elaf Taiba! They are very detailed oriented and go above and beyond to help you. Pros: - Luxurious feel, warm welcoming at checking with Hibscus tea - Rooms are extremely clean, carpeted, fresh bathrooms, no bad toilet smell, sanitized, and they have thought every single toiletry detail a traveller needs in Madinah - Haramian view, Walking distance to the Masjid and excellent view. Cons: None I stayed in the Family suite and it was a lot of beds. I wish it had a seating area. Otherwise, it was very luxurious. This is 5+ Star ⭐ hotel, not 4.
