Sketchy area power went out all night one night . No ac or heat in the rooms . Repo guys came to try and take some dudes car he pulled a gun . Definitely wasn't fun .

Room was dirty, stunk like someone had smoked an entire pack of cigarettes then shut the door, beds were uncomfortable, no working phone, no soap for washing machines, no vender items to purchase for soap or dryer softeners. Management unwilling to provide a more accommodating. Basically a nasty motel. Shame on you! room.

I went to Medford OR to run the Rogue marathon & d location was 10 min drive from d finish line & to shuttles to d starting line. Also a bike trail was w/i walking distance. Room was clean & quiet but d room lacked a fridge & microwave. The host did accommodate us w/ a spare fridge & microwave, which brought up to our room himself, for an additional daily fee to an already very affordable room.

I appreciate Benny for allowing the checkin processnto be quick and efficient. They welcomed our dog and made aure we knew where the dog areas were located. Staff was friendly and the air comditioning worked great.
