Terrible experience,if you don’t speak Spanish don’t bother coming to this Hotel because they don’t speak English at all and they won’t even try starting from the receptionist all the way up to the restaurant staff
Also, they don’t know what Customer Service means unless you tip then everything change .
The waiter won’t even look at me the next morning when I came in or try to get me a table because I did not leave a tip the day before.
I will leave a tip when I feel like somebody took care of me, not just because I have to ,it is a buffet and I had to go get everything myself and I do not encourage this kind of behavior.
Room was nice, but watch out for the towels, not very clean.
After I checked out, I told the receptionist this was bad experience and I won’t be back and he told CHE BUONNO .
That was really funny.
