The front desk staff was amazing! Super friendly, knowledgeable - a perfect contrast to the boredom of the drive. The rooms are wonderful and we've decided that Home2 Suites by Hilton are the only hotels we will stay in from now on.

The staff was courteous if not knowledgeable of the property. The front desk attendant told me all the rooms were the same when in fact I knew my room was a larger junior suite.

The room was clean and so was the bathroom. Staff was nice and helpful. The day they did come to tidy up the room, they only put fresh towels in the bathroom and didn't do anything else or replace anything else. That's my only negative. Nice place though.

This is an excellent hotel for a couple of days to a week or two. The kitchen is decently equipped, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the hotel was quiet, breakfast was decently good (coffee not so much), and the exercise room and laundry facilities were a nice addition and very handy. Would definitely stay there again!

Very convenient location close to I-81 and Carlisle Pike. Spacious room. Friendly staff. Parking is odd and not always convenient, but it's not a large lot. Breakfast was a little lame ("make your own breakfast sandwich" with "ehh" ingredients), but you can make do with options for do-it-yourself waffles (if you want to compete for one waffle maker), oatmeal and one flavor of yogurt out of a machine. The decor seems to be deliberately out of date (retro, I guess?).

Nice stay - comfortable beds, nice bathroom with an actual door (vs these stupid barn doors that make zero sense in a hotel room), decent breakfast (a bit more than a continental breakfast). And I really appreciated the electric car charging stations in the parking lot. My one big complaint is that if you are on a lower floor (we were on 2 of 3) and there is anyone above you, it sounds like a stampede of elephants. Definitely ask to be on the top floor or at least not under a family.

The hospitality in this hotel goes ABOVE AND BEYOND! Everyone was friendly and you were always greeted! If we needed anything, they always provided for us. Thanks goes to everyone for a wonderful stay. One staff member that stood out the most was TOMMY, he greeted us every morning, checked in on us, and was great with our daughter. My daughter had an amazing time. He was ALWAYS positive and in a good mood. This hotel exceeded our expectation and I wish I can give them more than 5 stars. We were treated like FAMILY. We will be staying here next time. At the end of our stay, Louis (my apologizes if it’s not your name) answered any questions and helpful. The staff should ALL get a raise for their hard work to put this hotel together. YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!🥰❤️

Emergency stay tuned into nice stopover

We found ourselves in a position where we needed a room suddenly for the night as we were traveling and had a blown tire at 10pm. We were dropped off by the tow truck operator who gave us a ride and Jonathan was ready and waiting for us to check in. He could not have been more accommodating. After a harrowing evening, we were checked in and had a very good night’s sleep.
