This was my third stay at Novotel Makkah. My first two stays were good, but this time it was a very bad experience. I checked in on December 11th, and at 2:45 AM, while my wife and I were sleeping after Umrah, a hotel staff member entered our room with another guest. Later, reception asked me to come down to show my booking, and additional staff woke my wife again while I was already at the front desk. After confirming my booking, staff said it was a “confusion” and did not apologize. We were extremely disturbed and could not sleep afterward. I reported this to the manager, who promised to investigate but never followed up. Very poor customer service from reception and management. This was my worst hotel experience.
