Great property for friends and family with kiddos as a home base to Massanutten. So easy to hang out together and always have some personal space. Beautifully designed too.

The property was great and met all our needs! The kids room was a wonderful touch, do beware that the door in there can be unlocked by turning the knob from the inside. Had to remind the kids. The hot tub was not up to 100 until the day we left. They did have a gentleman come from the servicing place and he stated it would take a while to warm up as they just had drained and refilled the day we checked in. Other than that it was a wonderful stay!

Home was comfortable but had a lot of wear and tear. Towel rack in the bathroom downstairs was broken, the vacuum cleaner is broken, hot water heater is very loud and squeals, pots, pans and baking sheets were peeling non-stick surface, the coffee pot leaked all over when using. There are a small ants all over the house and the hot tip did not appear clean. The home was in a great location and very convenient for the area that we are staying in. The neighbors are not very friendly about the fact that the house is a rental and made sure that we were aware of that.

We had a great time! The house had the perfect set up, the kitchen had all we needed to cook, the owners were very responsive and the backyard was the perfect place to unwind for the night. We look forward to booking this house again in the future.

The place was perfect for our large family. However, we needed the beds in the garage game room and the garage door is not sufficiently insulated. It was cold. Otherwise the location and amenities were great!

This Massanutten Mountain Retreat was the perfect place for our family to enjoy a relaxing but activity filled long weekend. It is conveniently located to everything the nearby resort has to offer and an easy drive to Harrisonburg for anyone looking to explore that area or visit JMU. The home was clean, kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for our home cooked meals and we were able to use all the amenities as listed to include the nice sized hot tub and easy to use fire pit. We also appreciated being able to bring our dog along with us. We hope to be able to return again in the future.

Main house is open concept on first floor, bedrooms upstairs. There is a half bath onthe first floor, and the garage has been converted to living space with 4 bunk beds, a sofa, games and a TV. For us, it was a perfect setup and we will very likely rent this same home again.

My party and I had a great stay here. All the rooms were clean, and well stocked with linens, towels, and toiletries. The living and dining room areas were clean and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The house is so cozy and the location was beautiful! The hot tub was a plus as well! My party and I had a great weekend here and I was able to get in contact with the hosts quickly!
