*Initial* Property was clean and well kept. At first, very happy with communication. However, after being offered an extended stay at a discounted rate, the offer was the rebuked within 12 hours, despite my having accepted and booked resort activities around the extension. When I was told this was policy because I did not respond to a text saying to charge my card. I asked to be sent the contract stating this information, because bs- no where in any documentation was this policy. So, my family was kicked out (to include my 2 year old child) of a house when offered and accepted another night at a discount, because another person booked longer/more money was to be made. When called out as unacceptable, it took hours for someone to offer another property, and only bc I insisted. Finally offered an acceptable alternative and told it would be available at 7 am to not make us wait around with a two year old while house hopping. The house was filthy upon our arrival at 8:30 am before my husband was to take a business call, and we had to go back to the alternate house which I had to request a late check out until the other was cleaned. At 12 we were told it would be done, but when we came back the cleaners had just arrived. At least they did a great job in the next two hours while my family was confined to a bedroom. Lastly, two cars idled outside from 10 am until we left at 10:45 - told property managers only to get a “sorry dunno but that’s scary” terrified me with a toddler… AWFUL
